Extremely light garnish of fresh cabbage with green peas , perfect for meat dishes and is delicious even the next day, especially when warming it, break 2 eggs and mix well.

Necessary products:

1/2 small fresh cabbage

1 cup green peas (frozen)

4 cloves fresh garlic

1 bunch of dill

1 bunch green onions

oil

salt, ground black pepper

Method of preparation:

Chop the garlic and chop the cabbage. Heat the oil and fry the garlic for literally half a minute, add the cabbage, stir and after a minute reduce the heat. Leave on low heat and stir every 5 minutes. Just before removing from the heat, add the frozen peas. Mix all this well, season with salt and pepper and close with a lid. Finally, add the dill and green onions, stir constantly for a minute and remove from the heat. It becomes even tastier if you season it with a little cream.
