Required products :

6 sweet cards, peeled and cut into long pieces
1/4 teaspoon oil (or other unscented fat)
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon cumin - ground
freshly ground sea salt and pepper
1/2 teaspoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons basil pesto
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method of preparation :

Turn on the grill to heat, or heat on a grill pan.

Season the potato slices, put them in a bowl and pour the fat. Add salt, smoked and black pepper, cumin and mix well with your hands to roll in the spices as evenly as possible.

Bake on the grill for 12-16 minutes, turning once in the middle of the time. Prick with a fork when it enters the potatoes calmly, remove them from the grill, they are ready.

Stir in the mayonnaise, pesto and lemon juice until smooth. Grind salt and pepper and season the sauce. Serve warm potatoes with fresh sauce.
