Required products :
3 eggs
1 banana
3 dates
1 tablespoon carob flour
coconut oil (for spreading)
raisins - for decoration
With this amount of products, 6 small pancakes come out.
Method of preparation :
In a bowl, mash the banana, add the beaten eggs, carob flour, cut the dates inside and mix everything well. Bake pancakes from the mixture in a heated pan (on both sides).
Spread coconut oil on top. They are extremely sweet and do not understand the absence of sugar in them.
