Necessary products:

500 grams of flour (approximate amount)

150 grams of butter

4 tablespoons oil

1 egg

3 tablespoons tahini paste

3 tablespoons yogurt

pinch of salt

1 pack. baking powder

1 cup walnuts (crushed into large pieces or cut)

450 grams of sugar

600 milliliters of water

2 slices of lemon

cinnamon at will

Method of preparation:

First make the syrup by mixing the water, sugar and lemon slices, you can add a little cinnamon if you wish. Wait for the mixture to boil and let it boil for 5 minutes, then leave to cool.

The dough follows. Put the butter in a deep bowl and mash it (you can grate it on a fine grater). Add the yoghurt, tahini paste, baking powder, egg, salt, oil and mix until smooth. Sift the flour, add it. Knead a firm dough and divide it into 2 parts.

Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour. Put half of the dough and distribute it evenly with your hands, sprinkle with walnuts (you can use more than a cup), put the dough on top. Punch with a fork and place in the oven to bake until ready at 200 degrees. While the pie is still warm, pour the syrup over it. Do not worry that it will "swim" in it, only after 5 minutes it will get wet and swell. Cut into pieces and serve when completely cooled.

Enjoy!
