Required products :

  • 300 grams of rice
  • 600 milliliters of water
  • 3 apples
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 100 grams of walnuts
  • 100 grams of raisins
  • 50 grams of prunes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

 

Method of preparation :

Wash and dry the rice.

Fry the cloves and bay leaf in the oil for 30 seconds, add the cinnamon and fry the mixture for 15 seconds.

Then pour the rice grains into it, a minute or two later pour warm salt water and cook under a lid. Then add the sliced ​​apples, raisins and prunes. Sweeten with sugar if desired. Cook until fully cooked (about 5 minutes), remove the lid, let the moisture evaporate, remove the cloves, bay leaf and mix gently with a fork.
