How To Cook Sweet Rolls With Three Types Of Chocolate And Nuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soft butter
  • 340 grams of cream cheese
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 protein, whipped

for the filling:

  • 100 grams of dark chocolate with a high cocoa content (over 70%)
  • 100 grams of milk chocolate
  • 100 grams of chocolate drops
  • 3/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

Method of preparation :

Using a mixer, beat the butter with the cream cheese until a light, fluffy cream is obtained. Add 3 cups flour, salt and knead the dough.

Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 2 hours.

In a small bowl, mix the remaining flour and powdered sugar.

For the filling in a small bowl, combine all the products.

Divide the dough into 6 parts, take one part and roll out thinly, using the mixture of sugar and flour to sprinkle on the desktop. Put 1/6 of the mixture on top and press lightly. Roll up.

Form the rest of the dough in the same way.

Cut each wick into 12 pieces and place in a baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Brush the cakes with whipped egg whites and bake until browned at 180 degrees for about 18-20 minutes.

 

Wait for it to cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serve.
