Required products :
125 milliliters of fresh milk
300 grams of smoked cheese
200 grams of flour
1 egg
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons yeast
4 cloves garlic
300 grams of mayonnaise
parsley and salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Dissolve the yeast in 4 tablespoons of milk, put 1 tablespoon of sugar, stir and let the mixture stand for 10-15 minutes. Then add the flour, the remaining amounts of milk and sugar, salt and knead the dough. Cover it with a towel and leave for an hour to rise. Then knead and let rise again. When this happens, divide into small balls of equal size, which you roll out, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
Using the bottom of a cup, press the dough, you will get dents in which to distribute the filling. Make it by mixing coarsely grated melted cheese with mayonnaise, add the crushed garlic cloves, finely chopped parsley, add salt to taste.
The dough will rise again and then fill with the finished mixture, spread with beaten egg.
Bake the loaves at 200 degrees in the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
