How To Cook The Taste Of The Dishes Depends On The Cutlery We Use - Recipe

Learn how to cook "The taste of the dishes depends on the cutlery we use". Delicious recipe.

Researchers at Oxford University have found that the utensils we eat are able to change not only the taste of our products and dishes, but also their texture . Depending on the volume, shape and color of the spoon, for example, food may become thicker, saltier or sweeter than it actually is. Experiments have shown that people who eat yogurt with a plastic spoon feel it sweeter and richer than those who use a metal utensil. And the black spoon makes the product less sweet. Cheeses turn out to be saltier if eaten with a knife.

More than 100 tasters take part in these studies.
