Required products :

1 teaspoon beans
2 potatoes
1 stalk leek (can onion)
1 tablespoon tomato paste
50 grams celery
1 carrot
3 sprigs parsley
1 tablespoon butter
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Fill the beans with water and let stand overnight. Then drain the liquid, pour the beans into 1 liter of boiling water and cook for 15 minutes.

Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and add to the pot with the beans and let them cook together for another quarter of an hour.

Cut leeks into thin circles and fry in butter under a lid for about 10 minutes. Then add the chopped celery and carrot to it. Leave to simmer for half an hour.

Then pour the vegetables into the pot with the beans, season with salt and pepper to taste and add the tomato puree. A little later, add finely chopped parsley and after 5 minutes of cooking, remove the pan from the heat.

The soup is ready, serve it immediately.
