How To Cook Tortilla Cakes Stuffed With Chicken And Coriander - Recipe

Required products :

  • 100 grams of cut pre-cooked chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped pickled hot peppers
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
  • 115 grams of grated hard cheese of your choice
  • 2 tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • left

Method of preparation :

Mix the meat, marinated peppers, coriander and cheese together. Put half of the mixture on 1/2 of the tortilla bread, leaving about 2 inches at the end for the board. Fold the bread and press the edges hard to stick.

Make the second loaf in the same way.

Pour the fat into a cast iron pan and heat until it clogs. Carefully place the two folded tortillas and bake until golden - about 2 minutes on each side.

Cut into triangles and serve the tortilla breads warm.
