Turkey meat is low in calories and rich in protein. In this recipe we use it to make delicious meatballs with onions, parsley and breadcrumbs. The ingredients are for 6 servings and the preparation will take only 20 minutes .

 

Necessary products

  • 450 grams of minced turkey meat
  • 1⁄4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1⁄4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1⁄2 tea cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg, broken
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation

Take a large bowl and mix the minced meat with the breadcrumbs in it. Add onion and garlic. Season with oregano, salt and pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Form small meatballs from the prepared minced meat.

Heat a little oil on medium heat. Fry the meatballs inside for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown.

Serve while still warm. Serve with a garnish of vegetables or pasta. Enjoy your meal!
