Learn how to cook "Turkey steak with cauliflower on a bed of toast". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 turkey breasts
  • 1/2 teaspoon spice for chicken
  • 600 milliliters of chicken broth
  • 1/4 tea cup of water
  • 4 teaspoons cauliflower
  • 60 grams of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 4 slices of toast

Method of preparation :

Cut the fillet horizontally and season with the bird seasoning.

Heat a grill pan and roast the meat for 8 minutes on each side.

Meanwhile, bring the broth to a boil in a small saucepan. Stir the flour into the water and pour carefully into the hot broth, stirring constantly. Allow the liquid to thicken and reduce, stirring occasionally.

Boil the cauliflower in salted water for 15 minutes until soft. Strain and return to the empty pot, put on the stove and stir briefly to evaporate the moisture from the roses.

Grind the cauliflower with the cream cheese, parsley and half a teaspoon of salt and pepper in a food processor.

Serve by placing the cauliflower mixture on the toast, place the meat on top and pour over the sauce. Sprinkle with parsley.
