Required products :
300 grams of turnips
150 grams of carrots
green onions to taste
3 tablespoons rice vinegar
3 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut turnips and carrots into thin straws or grate. Mix them in a suitable bowl, add salt to taste and leave for about 15 minutes.
In a separate bowl, make the sauce, combining rice vinegar, sugar, oil and crushed or grated garlic cloves.
Transfer the turnips and carrots to the salad bowl, add chopped green onions and season the salad with the aromatic sauce.
