How To Cook Tutmanik With Fresh Onion, Parsley And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 400 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 broken egg
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 30 grams of soft butter
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1 bunch fresh onions
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • 1 packet of dry yeast

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the flour with the salt, sugar and yeast. Add finely chopped onion and parsley. With another bowl, add the butter, egg and milk and combine the two mixtures.

Make a dough, grease it well and put it in a pan covered with a sheet of parchment. Sprinkle with yellow cheese and bake tutmanika at 170 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

Cool, break and serve, garnished with colored salt or merudia.
