How To Cook Vegan Omelette With Chickpeas, Peppers And Green Onions - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 3/4 tea cup of chickpea flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 3/4 teaspoon water
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • a pinch of turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the flour in a bowl and add the turmeric, salt and soda. Pour the water and mix until homogeneous. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the finely chopped peppers and fresh onions.

Cook until the vegetables are soft and add the first mixture. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes, then preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 7-8 minutes.

For this purpose, get a metal or cast iron pan. Cool, cut and serve.
