Necessary products:

 

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup avocado
  • 1 and 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 2 teaspoons vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoons nut milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter

 

for decoration

 

  • hemp seed
  • blueberries
  • bee pollen
  • 1-2 teaspoons almond (peanut) oil
  • coconut shavings

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the cauliflower, avocado and blueberries in the blender jar. Beat until smooth and add the protein, milk and butter.

Beat the mixture and pour into a bowl. Garnish with hemp seeds, bee pollen, almond oil and sprinkle with sawdust. Cool and serve.
