This recipe is especially delicious when prepared with home-grown vegetables. Milk and cheese provide protein that makes the cream soup complete. The taste is soft and very pleasant, and the aroma of vegetables is unique. Try grated yellow cheese, if you like.

Required products :

  • 4 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2-3 carrots
  • 1 handful of frozen broccoli
  • 1 handful of frozen peas
  • 1 onion
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 10 grams of butter (GHI or olive oil)
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • salt, pepper and paprika to taste

for garnish:

  • crumbled cheese
  • 4-5 slices of white and wholemeal bread
  • salt, pepper, paprika and fenugreek to taste
  • olive oil to flavor the croutons
  • parsley, chopped

Method of preparation :

Cut all the vegetables into cubes and boil them in a saucepan with water until soft. Mash the vegetable soup in a blender or blender together with the milk, spices and butter.

 

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cut the bread into small cubes, place in a pan, sprinkle with olive oil and season with sea salt, pepper, savory, paprika and fenugreek. Bake until crispy.

 

Serve the soup, garnished with shredded cheese, fresh parsley, croutons and paprika.
