How To Cook Vegetable Salad With Mango, Red Beans And Corn - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 200 grams of canned corn
  • 200 grams of canned red beans
  • 1 diced mango
  • salt, olive oil and lemon juice

 

Method of preparation:

 

Drain the corn and beans from their water and place them in a bowl. Add the pieces of fruit and chopped peppers, onions and celery. Add diced tomatoes, chopped dill and season with salt, olive oil and lemon juice to taste. Stir in the salad, cool and serve with a drink of your choice.
