Necessary products:

 

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 100 grams of cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 10 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 50 grams of feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the puff pastry on a baking tray. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, milk and parmesan.

Mix well and season with Parmesan cheese. Glaze the surface of the bark with the resulting mixture. Finely chop the tomatoes, zucchini and aubergines and arrange on top.

Sprinkle with oregano, thyme and add the grated cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool, cut and serve the curd, garnished with spices of your choice.
