Learn how to cook "Vegetarian pizza with mushrooms, tomatoes and olives". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products

For the dough:

200 grams of sifted flour

a little curry

half a packet of dry yeast

2 tablespoons oil

1/2 teaspoon water or fresh milk

mayonnaise, tomato paste or ketchup to spread the base

For the stuffing:

mushrooms

1 red or yellow sweet pepper

olives

tomato slices

onion if desired

shredded Bulgarian yellow cheese

Determine the quantities for the filling yourself according to your taste preferences.

Method of preparation :

Add the curry to the sifted flour, then the yeast, oil and pour the water (or milk). Knead the dough and leave it in a warm place for an hour. Then spread on the bottom of a suitable pan and spread with mayonnaise or tomato paste (you can use ketchup if you prefer).

It's time for the stuffing. Cut the mushrooms into tiles, clean the peppers from the seeds and cut them into pieces (maybe into circles). Remove the stones from the olives, cut into two or smaller pieces, cut the onion into slices.

Spread the products on the surface of the dough and bake the pizza in a preheated oven on the lowest level for 15 minutes.

Then sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and return to the oven so that it can melt, bake and form a golden appetizing coating.

Enjoy your meal!
