Wash the beets and potatoes, cook them separately. When cool, peel and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion.
Drain the sauerkraut from the juice, chop the vegetables into strips about 3 cm long and place in a bowl. Add the beets, potatoes, peas and onions.
Mix the oil, apple cider vinegar and sugar. Season the salad with this combination, sprinkle with pepper, salt, stir and serve.
