Required products :
1 can of fish of your choice (with butter)
1/2 tea cup boiled rice
2-3 mushrooms
1 small onion
1 small fresh cucumber (can be replaced with sour)
green spices to taste
Method of preparation :
Cut onions and mushrooms into small cubes and fry in a little vegetable oil. Add the canned fish to them and let the products simmer together for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Then pour the pre-cooked rice with them, stir and transfer the combination to the salad bowl.
It is time for finely chopped cucumber (fresh or salted) and chopped fresh green spices.
You can also serve the finished salad on a slice of bread.
