Necessary products:
- 2 slices of ham
- 50 grams of grated cheddar
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 egg
- green salad for garnish
Method of preparation:
Heat a frying pan and reduce the power to a minimum. Put the ham and cheddar between the two slices of bread and press to seal and grease the outside. Bake in the pan on both sides. When ready, cover with foil so that it does not cool down. Melt the remaining butter and fry the egg. Serve the sandwich immediately, garnished with egg and lettuce.
