How To Cook Warm Sandwiches With Spicy Cheese, Apple And Walnuts - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1/2 tea cup liquid cream (fat content 33%)
  • 1 large red apple
  • a handful of walnuts
  • great connection parsley
  • 8 slices of white bread (1 cm thick)
  • 200 grams of spicy French cheese (Camembert, brie, blue cheese with mold)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • left
  • pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the walnuts and parsley, pour them into the bowl of a blender or food processor and grind. Without stopping to beat, pour olive oil, you will get a homogeneous mixture, which you season with salt and pepper.

Beat the cheese with the cream (if you use Camembert or Brie, remove the rind first).

Peel an apple, cut it into thin slices.

Grease all slices on one side with olive oil. Apply cream cheese on the back of 4 of them and arrange apple slices. Cover the ungreased surface of the other 4 with the walnut mixture.

Glue one slice of cheese and one with walnuts, forming 4 pairs.

Heat a skillet over medium heat and bake the sandwiches on both sides until a golden crust forms. The cheese should melt.

Submit them immediately.
