Required products :
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 tea cup red onion, finely chopped
- 8 tea cups watermelon cubes
- 2 teaspoons blueberries
- 1/4 tea cup fresh mint leaves, cut in bulk
- 1/2 cup crushed feta cheese
Method of preparation :
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper and chopped red onion.
- Add the watermelon cubes, blueberries, mint leaves and grated cheese.
- Gently stir the salad, serve and enjoy.
