How To Cook Wet Cake With Cocktail Cherries And Mango - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3/4 tea cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tea cups crushed walnuts
  • 120 grams of sliced ​​dates
  • 1 teaspoon cherries cocktails, halved
  • 1/2 cup dried mango, finely chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 tea cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rum

Method of preparation :

Line a rectangular cake pan with baking paper.

Add the nuts, dates (finely chopped), cherries and mango pieces. Stir well to distribute the fruit evenly.

Stir in the eggs, rum and brown sugar.

Combine the two mixtures and pour into the prepared pan.

Bake for about 1 1/2 hours at 150 degrees, until dry.

Cool for 20 minutes, then pour in the remaining rum. Cool completely and cut with a serrated knife.
