Required products :

  • 500 grams of white fish fillet (can hake, cod)
  • 1-2 heads (150 grams) old onions
  • 2 tea cups boiled beans (white) or canned
  • 1 sweet pepper
  • 2 sprigs of parsley and dill
  • spice for fish
  • breading flour
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce


Method of preparation :

Wash, dry the fillet, cut it into portions and season with fish seasoning. Leave for half an hour, then roll in flour and fry in two tablespoons of oil (until the fish is slightly red on both sides)

Cut the pepper into straws (remove the seeds), onion - into small pieces. Stew them in the remaining fat until soft and finally add the chopped dill and parsley. Mix with the prepared beans.

At the bottom of the pot put a piece of beans with vegetables, then - fish and continue alternating until the products are exhausted. You can also prepare the dish in several pots.

Combine the cream and tomato sauce, pour the contents of the dish with this combination. Cover with a lid and place for 20-30 minutes in the oven (at 180 degrees).

Serve the dish hot.
