How To Cook White Fish With Vegetables And Cream Cheese In The Oven - Recipe

Required products :

600 grams of white fish fillet
4 medium potatoes
4 carrots
1 onion
1 tomato
100 grams of green spices (dill, parsley, basil)
100 grams of yellow cheese
100 grams of cream (can sour or liquid cooking)
1 tablespoon
black pepper flour , bay leaves , salt,

 

Method of preparation :

Put a few bay leaves on the bottom of a suitable shape. Then peeled and cut into circles 0.5-1 cm thick potatoes. Add salt.

 

Followed by sliced ​​carrots (also in circles).

 

Slices of onion (half of the head), slices of tomato (half of it) and chopped green spices.

 

Arrange the fillet on top of the vegetables and sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper.

 

Put the remaining products in reverse order: green spices, tomatoes, onions, carrots and finally potatoes.

 

Bake the flour until golden.

 

Mix it with the cream and half of the yellow cheese (pre-grated), season and stir. If the sauce is too thick, you can pour a little milk or liquid cream.

 

Cover the products in the pan with the white porridge, sprinkle with the remaining yellow cheese and place the dish in the oven at 220 degrees until the coating melts.

 

Then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and let the casserole cook until the vegetables soften.
