Required products :

  • 1 cup quinoa tea, boiled
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 3/4 tea cup whole wheat flour
  • 3 proteins
  • 1/3 tea cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh milk
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method of preparation :

  • In a medium bowl, mix the cooked quinoa seeds with the flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat the egg whites with the brown sugar and add the yoghurt and milk until smooth.
  • In a deep bowl, mix the contents of the two bowls and mix well.
  • Finally add the mashed bananas and stir again.
  • Bake the wholemeal pancakes in a non-stick pan over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with honey and banana pieces.

Note!

If the pancakes are too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk to the mixture. If they are too thin, add 1 tablespoon of flour.
