Grate the zucchini (without peeling it) coarsely, add salt and leave until it releases its juice, which is then drained. Mix it with the beaten egg, the pre-baked and mashed garlic cloves, the chopped green onion and dill feathers, the grated Parmesan. Mix the products well and add the flour to them.
From the resulting minced vegetables fry meatballs over low heat under a lid.
