Autumn is a wonderful season during which we can enjoy an abundance of fruits and vegetables soaked in the summer sun and rich in nutrients, delicious and healthy. During this time of year it is very appropriate to focus on plant products in our menu . It is good to make two unloading fruit and vegetable days a week, in which not to eat meat, fish, dairy foods. Thus, the immune system will be able to better protect us from the flu, OVI and other ailments in winter. In addition, such a plant-based diet supports the excretory functions of the body, and this has an excellent effect on the skin.

To get the most out of fruits and vegetables, you need to follow a few simple rules:

  • Try to eat the fruit until 6 o'clock in the evening, because eaten late, they give a feeling of heaviness and contribute to the formation of gas;
  • Salads and vegetarian soups go well with wholemeal bread, rice, pasta, potatoes. Such food is suitable for breakfast and for the days when you are extremely active and need more energy;
  • It is good to leave meat, fish and seafood for dinner and eat them not with bread and cereals, but with vegetables. During the unloading days you can eat vegetables and cereals in the evening;
  • Pay special attention to unrefined vegetable oils. Season the cereals with walnut oil, cedar nuts, olive oil;
  • Be careful and prudent in taking care of your health. Freshly squeezed fruits and vegetables require special care. Their regular use can cause exacerbation of chronic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, as well as provoke acute dyspepsia;
  • If you do not have problems with digestion, you can drink a glass of fresh 1-2 hours after meals 2 times a week. If you have heartburn, heaviness in the left or right lower abdomen, pain or discomfort in the stomach, other unpleasant sensations, you should refrain from consuming juices. In such cases, focus on stewed vegetables, puree soups, baked fruits. Grind the fruit with a blender and you will get a great cocktail.
  • The most important thing is not to overdo anything. Let everything be in moderation.
