Freezing is the best way to prepare plums at home. Freezing preserves the maximum amount of nutrients. Frozen plums can be used in a pie, make compote, wine, jelly, smoothies, sauces, jams from it.
Frozen plums can be added to cocktails instead of ice - they will not only cool the drink, but also add additional notes of taste to it.
Plums are frozen in different ways: in halves (suitable for making pies and charlotte, compote), slices with sugar (suitable for filling pies and pies, making cocktails), in the form of mashed potatoes (suitable for making sweet and salty sauces).
Recipes with plum ingredient
