Freezing milk at home

Products are expensive these days. Therefore, if we manage to profitably get high-quality products at a sale, then later we don’t really want them to deteriorate due to the fact that there is no time and opportunity to recycle everything right away.

Often people bring tasty and natural village or farm milk in large quantities. Then freeze it in batches. It is very comfortable. You can also buy milk once a week, then freeze it in the freezer, and then simply defrost a portion of milk each time, as needed. Neither the taste nor the useful qualities of frozen milk are lost, and you always have your favorite product at hand.

It is best to freeze fresh homemade milk and keep it in the freezer for no longer than 4-6 weeks.

How to freeze milk step by step instructions with photos

Step 1

For work, we need milk (store, goat or cow), a watering can, a plastic bottle (food plastic).

Step 2

Pour the milk in portions into plastic bottles. Use a watering can for this. Choose plastic bottles of such a volume that a serving of frozen milk suits you for one time cooking.

Step 3

The bottle must not be completely filled with milk. Leave some empty space - the milk should have room to expand as it freezes. Screw the cap on the milk bottle and send it to the freezer. Use milk as needed.
