Bring water to a boil. Wash the peaches, make a shallow cross cut on the side opposite the "tail", dip in hot water for 40 seconds.

Step 3

 

Remove blanched peaches and immediately plunge into ice water for 1 minute.

Remove the skin with a knife.

Step 5

 

Cut prepared peaches into pieces and combine with sugar.

Grind with a blender. It is not necessary to achieve a completely homogeneous puree structure. Puree with small pieces of fruit tastes better.
