The fried chicken is very tasty. Chicken drumsticks fried in a pan are easy and simple to prepare, and as a result you get mouth-watering golden-brown drumsticks. Remember that before frying, the drumsticks must be thoroughly rinsed and cleaned, and then dried with paper towels or napkins.
An important role is played by the marinade in which you will marinate the chicken drumsticks. But even the simplest marinade in the form of pepper, salt and other spices will give an excellent result. Please note that prepared drumsticks should be laid out only in well-heated sunflower oil. Grilling time for chicken thighs is approximately 20 minutes. When frying, do not cover the pan with a lid. Serve fried chicken drumsticks with vegetable salad, potatoes or rice - in any form it will turn out delicious.
Recipes with the ingredient chicken drumstick
Step 1
For work, we need chicken drumsticks - 800 g, salt - 1 tsp, ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp, ground sweet paprika - 0.5 tsp, sunflower oil - 6 tbsp. l., frying pan, colander, spoon, napkins.
Step 2
Clean the shins well from the remnants of feathers and rinse.

Dry the shins with a napkin.

Rub the shanks with salt, black pepper and paprika. Leave for 30 minutes to marinate.
Step 5
Heat the sunflower oil well in a frying pan. Reduce the heat to medium-low and place the drumsticks in the skillet. Fry uncovered until golden brown (approximately 10-12 minutes).
Step 6
Flip the drumsticks to the other side and fry for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
Step 7
Fried chicken thighs are ready.
