Russula are delicious mushrooms with a spicy taste and a very pleasant aroma, so they are quite in demand among culinary specialists, since it is quite simple to cook them.
You can fry them without boiling them. But these mushrooms have one drawback: they are very fragile and delicate, easily broken. Therefore, if you decide to cook fried russula, you should take into account this feature of the mushrooms and prepare them accordingly before frying, so that as a result they do not crumble, and all the fried pieces remain intact. Our advice will help you cope with such a task and properly process them before cooking.
Recipes with russula ingredient
Step 1
For work, we need fresh russula, sunflower oil, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper.
Step 2
Peel Russula (250 grams) and rinse thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour the mushrooms with 1 liter of boiling water and leave for 5-7 minutes. This is done so that they can be carefully cut in the future and so that they do not taste bitter.
Step 4
Meanwhile, peel 1 onion and 1 garlic clove. Cut the onion into cubes and the garlic into slices. Fry in sunflower oil for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Remove the russula from the water, cut into small pieces and put in a pan with vegetables. Let fry for 15 minutes over medium heat, do not forget to stir occasionally.
Step 6
At the end of frying, season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 7
Fried russula are ready.
