How to fry russula step by step instructions with photos

Step 1

 

For work, we need fresh russula, sunflower oil, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper.

Peel Russula (250 grams) and rinse thoroughly.

Pour the mushrooms with 1 liter of boiling water and leave for 5-7 minutes. This is done so that they can be carefully cut in the future and so that they do not taste bitter.
