Beet smoothie with an apple

  • Lemon - half.

  • Water - 100 ml.

  • Honey - 1 tbsp.

  • Ground cinnamon - a pinch.

Pass the beets through a juicer. Pour the resulting juice into a blender, add apples cut into pieces, juice of half a lemon and water. Beat to a homogeneous consistency. Add honey and cinnamon, beat for a couple more seconds. Pour the finished drink into glasses.

 

Apple smoothie with broccoli

  • Broccoli - half a head of cabbage.

  • Green apple - 1 pc.

  • Lime or lemon - 1 pc.

  • Spinach - 1 handful.

  • Mint - 2 leaves.

Wash the raw broccoli, cut it into pieces and put it in a blender. Squeeze lemon or lime juice into it and beat until pureed. Add sliced ​​apple and spinach and beat again to a uniform consistency.

 

Celery smoothie

  • Celery - 2 stalks.

  • Banana - 1 pc.
