Increasingly, people are deliberately starving for one purpose or another. Today we will not comment on this controversial topic anyway, but we will pay attention to the transition from starvation to normal eating . This moment is extremely important, because after the end of abstinence from food, many of us literally pounce on the food that we were deprived of during the regime. Of course, this is not right, all the results achieved are equal to zero, and the body is inflicted enormous damage and stress.

Key points to consider when "starving":

  • nutrition should be separate;
  • increase the quantity and concentration of products gradually;
  • the duration of the feeding should be as long as the fasting itself lasted;
  • in the first days after the end of fasting, eat plant foods and dairy products, also protein.
  • vegetable fats and salt to be limited temporarily, for 4 days.

Juices are extremely effective in "coming out" of starvation . For a start, you will need to dissolve them with water, and a few days later you can take them in pure form. Drink them in small doses every two hours, gradually increasing the amount. After 6-7 days, include in your menu salads, fruits, vegetable soups. Then add the porridge, whey and kefir. Try to include the meat as late as possible, replace it with nuts and seeds. With their help, the body will continue the biosynthesis of proteins without experiencing a lack of vitamins.

Eating this way, after you stop starvation, the body will only continue to lose weight and will only burn calories, working at your usual pace.

It should be borne in mind that the body's recovery processes after starvation last 2-3 months. Here are some ways to end fasting, depending on how long it lasts.

After fasting 1-2 days

For such a short period of time in the body will not occur who knows what changes, but still, even in this case it is necessary to approach correctly when including food in the menu.

Recover your strength with a salad of cabbage and carrots, eat stewed vegetables every few hours, drink unsweetened tea.

It is advisable to be on a dairy and vegetable diet for 2 days, gradually returning to your usual diet.

After fasting 3-4 days

With such abstinence, the body adjusts to internal nutrition due to the suppressed processing processes. It will take all your strength and will, as returning to the previous menu will make it react negatively. Nausea, internal pain or upset stomach may occur.

"Get away" from starvation in the same way as described above for a shorter deprivation of food, but dairy and plant products should be consumed for at least 4 days.

After 7 days of fasting

Here the case is special and the transition has to be long. During this period, it is important to continue to lose weight.

Standard way out of 7 days of food deprivation: First day
  • Take only juice throughout the day (0.6 - 1.2 liters), diluted with water in a ratio of 1: 1. At the end of the day you can increase the concentration of juice. Between the individual juices are allowed to drink water.
Second day
  • Drink pure undiluted juice until noon, pamper yourself with fruits and vegetables in the afternoon (it is good to be crushed, grated to make them easier to process).
Third day
  • Continue with fruits and vegetables, gradually including porridge made with water, bread and dried fruits.
Fourth day
  • You can eat fruits, also vegetarian soups and cooked vegetables, in which you can add a little sunflower oil.
Fifth day
  • To everything else you can now add a small amount of butter and yogurt.
Sixth day
  • Now is the time to include in the menu cottage cheese, cream, salt.
Seventh day
  • You can now eat eggs, continue to consume cottage cheese.
