Spring is the time when most of the ladies think about their figure and their aspirations are aimed at improving the appearance and self-confidence for the upcoming meeting with the sunny summer.

Diets for weight loss are the most diverse, but not always available to everyone. We offer you a light whole-grain spring diet , with the help of which you can achieve the desired results. It lasts 7 days and can be applied 3-4 times a year.
It should be noted that the menu you will see below is not specifically aimed at weight loss, but to purify the body, which leads to such an effect. The menu is based on low-protein products consisting of complex carbohydrates and cellulose.
Vegetables, such as carrots, beets, turnips, should be grated with a fine grater, and used in bulk for zucchini. Onions, cabbage, cucumbers, dill,
celery to cut into small pieces. Prepared for consumption in the listed ways, vegetables retain more of their vitamins and minerals.

The menu

First breakfast
Choose one of the following options:

  • 40-gram seed muffin (made from wholemeal flour);
  • 3 crusts of bread;
  • salad;
  • rye bran with grated apple and vegetables.

Second breakfast

  • 40-gram muffin with beans (from wholemeal flour) and a glass of vegetable juice (without sugar).

Lunch

  • Different salads.

Snack

  • 40-gram bun of wholemeal flour (with beans) and a glass of vegetable juice (without sugar).

Dinner
Choose one of the following options:

  • two medium potatoes, boiled with the skins;
  • a small portion of salad;
  • vegetable soup.

Before sleep

  • 40-gram bun of wholemeal flour (with beans) and a glass of vegetable juice (without sugar).

After the first two days in the menu you can add milk and dairy products (it is recommended to take 15 grams of protein per day).
For better purification and respectively to achieve the desired results it is necessary to drink at least 2 liters of water (non-carbonated) daily.
