The one-month low-calorie diet aims to gradually normalize appetite and as a consequence - to lose weight. The result you could achieve is losing as much as 10 pounds in a month. The principle of the diet consists in alternating the two menus A and B proposed below.

 

First week

Menu A :

  • first breakfast - milk (warm) with honey (1 teaspoon), unleavened bread;
  • second breakfast - tea, 2 slices of black bread, thinly greased with butter and 2 lettuce leaves;
  • lunch - boiled fish with horseradish, 2-3 potatoes with green spices, lettuce seasoned with lemon juice and olive oil;
  • afternoon breakfast - a glass of tomato juice (or 2 tomatoes) with rusk;
  • dinner - a glass of skim yogurt, 2 slices of black bread, thinly spread with honey and sprinkled with a little parsley.

Menu B :

  • first breakfast - tea, a slice of bread (black) with parsley;
  • second breakfast - kefir, a slice of stale bread, 10 - 12 salted radishes;
  • lunch - thick vegetable soup with peas, a piece of lean beef, 2-3 potatoes, fruit salad, flavored with sugar and lemon juice;
  • afternoon breakfast - fruit juice (1 glass) or fruit, biscuits;
  • dinner - a glass of sweetened milk, 2 pieces of Easter cake, dried in the oven and smeared with honey.

 

Second week

Menu A :

  • first breakfast - fruit or vegetable juice (1 glass) with rusk;
  • second breakfast - black bread - 2 slices, a little butter, cheese and tea;
  • lunch - 2 meatballs, carrot salad, sour;
  • afternoon breakfast - biscuits and fruit;
  • dinner - kefir, black bread with jam.

Menu B :

  • first breakfast - tea with milk, black bread (1 slice) with honey;
  • second breakfast - 2 slices of bread (black) with meat, 2 tomatoes, tea;
  • lunch - red borsch soup with boiled eggs, 2 potatoes, boiled fish, lettuce;
  • afternoon breakfast - kefir, rusk;
  • dinner - a cup of tea, 2 pieces of skim cheese.

 

Third week

Menu A :

  • first breakfast - black bread (1 slice) with honey and a cup of coffee;
  • second breakfast - kefir, black bread (1 slice) with butter, soft-boiled egg, radish;
  • lunch - tender beef steak, baked in a pan without fat, spinach with cream, juice;
  • afternoon breakfast - fruit, rusk;
  • dinner - a glass of milk, a slice of stale bread and cottage cheese.

Menu B :

  • first breakfast - rusk and fresh milk (1 cup) with honey;
  • second breakfast - a cup of tea, 2 slices of bread with lean ham and 2 tomatoes;
  • lunch - rice, stewed mushrooms, a glass of broth, 2 baked apples;
  • afternoon breakfast - fruits, biscuits;
  • dinner - a cup of tea, a slice of bread with a piece of cold beef, an apple;

 

Fourth week

Menu A :

  • first breakfast - a cup of tea with rusks and honey;
  • second breakfast - 2 slices of bread with butter and skim cheese (yellow cheese), 2 apples;
  • lunch - a portion of chicken with vegetables, mashed potatoes (2 tablespoons), lettuce, sour;
  • afternoon breakfast - carrot juice, biscuits;
  • dinner - a glass of skim kefir, stale bread.

Menu B :

  • first breakfast - fresh milk (1 cup), black bread with a little butter;
  • second breakfast - stale bread with butter, 2 soft-boiled eggs, tea, apple;
  • lunch - a glass of non-fat broth, beans in tomato sauce, 2 potatoes with green spices, apple;
  • afternoon breakfast - 1 coffee and rusk;
  • dinner - 2 slices of bread with liver pate, radish.

 

Contraindications and harm of low-calorie diet

Before switching to this diet, be sure to consult a nutritionist. Remember that each diet carries a certain health risk, and if for some it is appropriate and useful, for others it can be harmful and dangerous. Be reasonable!
