We all know that in the summer we should eat snacks, and usually, then we want to lose weight. That's why we offer you a one-week diet with cucumbers, which will help you lose a few pounds and at the same time you will feel light without feeling hungry.

Cucumbers should be said to improve the work of the stomach, stimulate metabolism, restore water-salt balance.

For these 7 days, for which the cucumber diet is provided, you can get rid of about 5-6 pounds. It is good to take an extra complex of vitamins and minerals during the period, as this is a mono-diet and the body will be deficient in certain substances.

The diet is based mainly on the consumption of green vegetable salad and wholemeal bread. Cut 1 kg of cucumbers and season with low-fat cream, salt, spices and green herbs of your choice. It is divided into three receptions - for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Menu

  • Breakfast - coffee or tea with sugar
  • Lunch - salad with 50 grams of wholemeal bread
  • Lunch - salad with 50 grams of wholemeal bread
  • Dinner - salad with 50 grams of wholemeal bread
  • Before bed - 1 apple or 2 oranges (or 1 banana)
