14-day diet with kiwi

The diet is well tolerated. During the first three days after starting, headaches and irritability may occur. Gradually, the body will get used to the new diet and comfort will return.

Diet with kiwi for 4 days

During these 4 days it is forbidden to consume products other than those listed in the menu below. Do not drink alcohol, coffee. Drink more clean still water.
