There are no foods that we can't overdo. We can overdo it with any food, as long as it is of good quality. With everything that is packaged and modified, we must be careful and read the labels. Examples of this are salami, sausages and similar products, and we can replace them with ready-made fillets and good meat. So if we want to overeat, we can do it, but it has to be the right way. It is good to have breakfast, lunch and dinner, and one meal can exceed 1 kg. food, but if it is balanced, it does not affect us and we do not gain weight.
Again, the correct reading of labels is very important when buying such products. The dose makes the poison, because if the manufacturer says that one thing is not so harmful, but we consume it daily, it accumulates in our body and can already cause us problems.
It is good when buying minced meat, for example, to choose the meat from which to mince our minced meat, and not to buy ready-made. This way we guarantee quality and although the price is one idea higher, we give ourselves the comfort of real food.
Usually, when we have fasted for a long time, it is best to include meat and animal products gradually, within a week. Not to eat three eggs on the first day, but to eat half, and the same goes for meat. We can divide them into small portions several times a day.
- What can lead to an incorrect transition to a normal diet if we immediately attack meat and animal products?
We can get an illness and clog the "mill" of our body. This can cause pain or tension in the solar plexus. It is good to know that we should not be strongly attracted by the small amount of food, but with many calories, at the expense of the larger amount, but from real and quality food. This is one of the most common reasons for filling.
It strikes me that many people who have chosen to fast and have done research at the beginning and end of the fast notice that their performance has improved. As a result, they choose to eat this way in the future because they feel that their health is returning.
- Does this mean that you are a supporter of the exclusion of meat and animal products from the menu?
It is important to know that consuming more than 150 grams of meat in one meal leads to weight gain, because the body can absorb just as much meat, and the remaining amount is converted into pure bacon. Eating 250 grams of meat is equivalent to 150 grams of meat with 100 grams of bacon and this is exactly what our body will absorb. In the case of fish, it is good that it does not exceed 200-250 grams per meal.
If we still need a more solid amount of meat, it is good to divide it into several meals throughout the day so that it can be well absorbed by the body. And of course, choose clean meat over sausages and minced meat.
- At what interval is it good to eat meat?
The so-called baby interval - every 3 hours so that the food is well digested. What most people make as a mistake is eating late. A normal dinner is between 18:00 and 20:00. Anything later is too much of a burden on the body. Dinner after 22:00 is equivalent to harm to our body, as it enters another mode and prepares for sleep. Overeating late at night separates the body from rest and makes it work hard to be able to process the ingested food.
- Alcohol is an integral part of every holiday, but what place does it have in our holiday diet?
I emphasize again that the dose makes the poison. Of course it can be included. I think a person can afford no more than 150-200 grams of concentrate per meal or half a bottle of wine or 2 beers. Anything above this dose is already a problematic use.
100 grams of alcohol is equal to 1 kilogram of Shopska salad.
This is the easiest way to realize and understand how much carbohydrates and calories we get from it. It is not a problem to include alcohol in the diet, but the amount is important. And in the end, we never sit down to drink only brandy, but enjoy it. If we get enough fat - from olives or nuts, protein - from cheese, cheese or eggs, then we already have a balanced diet.
- If we still did not have enough will and ate well during the holidays, how to get in shape after that and get rid of the accumulated toxins and fats?
I do not think that overeating on holidays accumulates toxins. On the contrary, we just eat well and enjoy it. If we continue to experience it after the holidays, and learn to overeat properly, it would be best for everyone. Especially for women, because a huge percentage of their nerves are formed precisely because of food and rather endless deprivation of food, which is unnecessary.
The best mood comes when we are well fed and, if we learn to eat 5 times a day, with 3 main meals and 2 snacks. First of all, we will be happy because we are fed and we will not be nervous, and we will also have a perfect figure.
And once again - refrain from sausages, margarine and similar products of ready-made lyutenitsa. Read the labels and make the right choice. These things put a lot of strain on our body.
- How important is water in our daily lives?
People need to learn to drink enough water. One of the best ways to start our day is with 2 glasses of warm water. From there, it is good to learn to drink at least another 5-6 glasses a day.
