The essence of the diet is in the intake of fruits, vegetables, herbal teas, juices and water. Carrot or other freshly squeezed vegetable juices are especially suitable and useful. You should drink about 1 liter of water - tap or mineral.

About the menu

First day:
  • Breakfast - a portion of fruit salad, herbal tea (you can add lemon) or water;
  • Breakfast - half a melon, fruit salad, herbal tea or water;
  • Lunch - the same menu as for the second breakfast;
  • Before bedtime - 1 banana and chamomile infusion.
Second day:
  • Breakfast - a glass of carrot juice or other vegetables (you can season with salt and pepper), 4 roasted tomatoes (can with salt, pepper, basil);
  • Breakfast - a large portion of vegetable salad, flavored with salt, pepper, lemon juice, a cup of herbal tea;
  • Lunch - steamed broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, spinach or cabbage, seasoned (spices: salt and pepper) + herbal tea and mineral water or vegetable juice as in the morning menu.
Third day (optional):
  • Breakfast - the menu from the 1st day;
  • Second breakfast - the menu from the 1st or 2nd day;
  • Lunch - the menu from the 2nd day + a small portion of fish or chicken (grilled).

 

This cleansing diet is not recommended to be followed for more than 3 days because it does not give the body all the substances it needs.
