In recent years, the plant is also used for biofuel production, as it is mixed with petroleum products.

 

Rapeseed oil is not recommended for consumption by pregnant women and nursing mothers. The recommended daily dose is between one and two tablespoons. Rapeseed oil can be found in organic stores and hypermarkets.
