The benefits of rapeseed oil are similar to those of olive oil. It is used in cooking and is most often used for seasoning salads, dressings, sauces, desserts and cooking.

Their frequent use significantly improves the qualities of the skin, hair, giving them shine, strength and vitality.
In pharmaceuticals it is part of medicines, supplements, drops, syrups and preparations against colds.
In recent years, the plant is also used for biofuel production, as it is mixed with petroleum products.
Rapeseed oil is not recommended for consumption by pregnant women and nursing mothers. The recommended daily dose is between one and two tablespoons. Rapeseed oil can be found in organic stores and hypermarkets.
