There are many varieties of the Rusula mushroom . They are rich in vitamins B1, B2, C, E, PP. They contain many different fatty acids, dietary fiber, mono- and disaccharides. In addition, many minerals, for example: magnesium, calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, sodium. These mushrooms are low in calories and are recommended for cleansing the gastrointestinal tract.
Contraindications
You have to be extremely careful when collecting mushrooms, because the appearance of rusula is similar to some types of poisonous mushrooms. Red mushrooms that have a pungent and burning inside are not edible and are even considered toxic. Their consumption in raw form leads to irritation of the mucous membranes and vomiting.
As the product is not easily absorbed by the body, its use by people with heart problems and ulcers should be limited. Experts also advise healthy people not to overeat even with the highest quality and carefully prepared mushrooms. The daily dose should not exceed 150 grams.
Rusula should not be given to children under 7 years of age.
