1. Lettuce

But the worst thing is that many of these products contain bacteria that affect the body: E. coli, Listeria, Salmonella. They are especially dangerous for people with weakened immune systems.

7. Ready stuffing

It is best not to buy minced meat in stores, but cook it yourself from fresh good meat. Do not try to cook tartar steak from such minced meat, you can become infected with E. coli, salmonella, listeria. Thoroughly fry, bake, boil minced meat and freeze properly.

8. Seafood cocktail

 

If you want to enjoy seafood, choose only frozen in ice, and cook it yourself, after defrosting it properly. The cocktail most often contains a large amount of bacteria and yeast, and all this is due to improper storage and violation of sanitary standards.
