Wednesday

  • Dinner: steak, rusk, skim yogurt, rusk.

 

Thursday

  • Breakfast: cucumber, 125 grams of nonfat cottage cheese, 1 rusk;
  • Lunch: cucumber, 125 grams of nonfat cottage cheese, 1 rusk;
  • Dinner: 125 grams of boiled meat, rusk, 2 tomatoes, orange and green apple.

Friday

  • Breakfast: tomato, 200 grams of lean cooked fish, rusk and lettuce;
  • Lunch: tomato, 200 grams of lean boiled fish, rusk and lettuce;
  • Dinner: egg, orange, lettuce.

Saturday and Sunday

  • Repeat some of the diets listed for the previous days.

 

Orange weight loss options are not suitable for people suffering from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, gastritis, ulcers, diabetes, high acidity or are allergic to citrus.
