Cucumber smoothie - 1 cucumber, coriander stalk, 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon grated ginger, the same amount of aloe vera juice, ½ a glass of water.
 
It can be taken at bedtime for a period of 1 month, after which take a week off. If we need, we can continue drinking for another month. 
 
Fresh water from cucumber and lemon - 1 lemon, 2 cucumbers, 1 orange, honey and mint to taste, 1 liter of carbonated water. One cucumber is pureed and the other is cut into circles. Squeeze the juice of lemon and orange, which is mixed with other products and carbonated water. 
 
Pear juice - 10 freshly picked sage leaves, 1 pear juice (maybe homemade fresh), 250 milliliters of sparkling water, 1 pear, ice. 
 
Cut the lemon and pear and place in a suitable dish. Add the pear juice and sparkling water, and finally the sage for a better taste. 
 
Grapefruit and cinnamon - 500 milliliters of grapefruit juice, 500 milliliters of carbonated water, 1 cup of water, 2 cinnamon sticks, 1 star anise, mint, honey to taste. 
 
 
Mix the water, cinnamon and honey until it becomes a light syrup. The juice is added to them, and finally the mint and anise are added. 
 
Lemon water - 5 lemons, a liter of carbonated water, mint, ice. 
 
Squeeze the juice of 4 lemons. Cut the fifth into circles. Mix everything with sparkling water. Finally, season with mint and ice.
