Three-day Egg Diet With Honey

The egg diet with honey is a three-day diet for fast weight loss, thanks to which you can lose up to 2.5 kilograms in just 3 days.

The honey-egg diet belongs to the fast diets for weight loss. It is based on the seemingly strange combination of honey and eggs. In fact, the main thing is 1 teaspoon of honey, beaten with two raw egg yolks. It is this combination that gives the body the vitamins and trace elements it needs, as well as protein and carbohydrates.

An addition to the diet with honey and eggs is lemon. It can be taken separately, used to season tea or added to a mixture of honey and egg yolks. This diet can also be used as an unloading day once a week. If you follow the plan for three consecutive days, you can say goodbye to 2-2.5 kilograms of your body weight.

First day
  • Breakfast: 2 egg yolks and a teaspoon of honey (beat with a mixer), a cup of coffee or tea with lemon;
  • Lunch: tea or coffee with a teaspoon of honey, 90 grams of cheese
  • Dinner: 1 cup of broth, 1 slice of black bread, fruit (apple, pear or orange), tea with lemon.
Second day
  • Breakfast: egg with honey (as on the 1st day), coffee or tea with lemon;
  • Lunch: egg with honey, 100 grams of cottage cheese, coffee or tea with lemon;
  • Dinner: 150 grams of fish or poultry, a little salad, tea with lemon .
Third day
  • Breakfast: egg with honey, apple, tea with lemon;

  • Lunch: 50 grams of cheese, 25 grams of rye bread, 200 grams of salad, seasoned with lemon;
  • Dinner: 300 grams of cooked vegetables (starch-free), 1 egg, tea with 1 teaspoon of honey.

The honey-egg diet is sufficiently balanced and well tolerated, but should not be continued for more than 3 days, as it is very low in calories. Its base - egg yolk with honey - can be successfully used in normal nutrition. The diet should be followed no more often than once every 2 weeks.

Water intake is not limited. It is good not to eat after 18:00 to give your body time to rest.

When can a diet with honey and eggs be harmful to health?

This diet plan is not suitable for people who are allergic to eggs or honey . If you feel unwell while adhering to it, stop doing it.
